Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Modifications to Terms

Bitkoffee reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Any change will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. It is the user's responsibility to periodically review this document. Continued use of the services after the posting of changes constitutes express acceptance of the modifications.

2. Service Description and Eligibility

Bitkoffee is a technology platform that facilitates crowdfunding through digital assets and smart contracts.

• Intermediation: Bitkoffee acts exclusively as an intermediary between project creators ("Promoters") and "Contributors".
• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old to register.
• Verification (KYC/AML): We reserve the right to request identity documents to comply with international anti-money laundering regulations.
• Geographic Restrictions: The service is not available in jurisdictions where the use of cryptocurrencies is prohibited.

3. Fiscal Responsibility and Taxes

The platform does not act as a withholding agent or tax advisor. Project creators are solely responsible for determining, declaring, and paying all applicable taxes (VAT, income tax, duties, etc.) in their respective countries or jurisdictions on the funds raised.

4. Prohibited Content and Illegal Items

It is strictly prohibited to use Bitkoffee to finance or promote:

• Weapons, controlled substances, drugs, or illegal items.
• Fraudulent schemes, Ponzi schemes, or money laundering activities.
• Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Any item or service prohibited by local or international laws.

Bitkoffee will cancel any campaign that violates these prohibitions without prior notice and without right to refund of commissions.

5. Reporting Illegal Content

If a user detects a project, comment, or content that they consider illegal, fraudulent, or in violation of these terms, they must report it immediately through our support channels or the "Report" button. We will investigate every report and cooperate with legal authorities if necessary.

6. Cryptocurrency Risks

The user acknowledges that digital assets are highly volatile and blockchain transactions are irreversible. Bitkoffee is not responsible for errors in wallet addresses or technical failures in external networks (such as Ethereum, Polygon, etc.).

7. Commissions and Payments

• Platform Fees: Bitkoffee will charge a 4% commission on the total amount raised.
• Coin Fees: Bitkoffee will charge a 10% commission on the total coins purchased by users.

8. Account Deletion

• By the user: You may request the deletion of your account at any time. This will remove your access to the platform interface, but records on the blockchain will remain due to their immutable nature.
• Restriction for Creators: A creator cannot delete their account if they have an active campaign or pending delivery commitments to contributors.
• By Bitkoffee: We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts for violation of these terms or suspicious activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bitkoffee does not guarantee the success of any project or the veracity of Promoters' information. We are not responsible for losses derived from price fluctuations, cyberattacks on external smart contracts, or the inviability of funded projects.
