Acceptable Use Policy (Prohibitions)
1. Prohibited Activities and Content
By using Bitkoffee, you agree that you will not upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any content that:
- Violates the Law: Is illegal, promotes criminal activities, or provides instructions on how to perform illicit acts (including, but not limited to, fraud, computer hacking, or sale of controlled substances).
- Promotes Hate and Violence: Promotes discrimination, hate, or violence against individuals or groups based on their race, ethnic origin, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, or gender identity.
- Is Exploitative or Abusive: Includes content that exploits minors, promotes harassment, bullying, or invades the privacy of third parties (including doxxing).
- Financially Deceives: Promotes pyramid schemes, fraudulent investment systems, false promises of "get rich quick", or any activity that payment processors categorize as high risk or fraudulent.
- Infringes Intellectual Property: Uses trademarks, copyrights, or other proprietary rights without the express permission of the legal owner.
2. Creator Restrictions
Bitkoffee reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove any Content Creator who:
- Is found on government or international sanctions lists.
- Uses the platform primarily for sending spam or unsolicited advertising content.
- Impersonates another person, entity, or brand in a deceptive manner.
- Has been previously banned from the platform for security violations.
3. Non-Compliance and Sanctions
Failure to comply with any of these prohibitions will result in the immediate termination of your account, the withholding of generated funds for investigation purposes, and, when necessary, notification to the competent authorities. Bitkoffee has the final and absolute discretion to determine what content violates these policies.
